A slim shape padded drearily threw the area she moved in. One paw step after another soundless pawstep. The animal's spotted pelt hid her in the shadow's as she moved in the comming darkness. Soon he moon would come to swallow the sun, and the hunters would rule the night. Namii licked her lips.
The leopard smirked as she thought rufaly about the fatc that she was on anothers territory. The she-cat was a bit cocky and she grinned in amusment as she knew she wouldn't be caught. Looking about Namii drew air into her mouth, in an attempt to draw a good smell out of the air.
It would be a nice night... but than, only if she wasn't caught.

Azibo moved quickly through the eastern lands, head up, breeze in his face. Other cats were the last thing on his mind, he'd been exploring this area for a few days now and hadn't smelled any sign of an existing pride here. The whole territory all to himself. Now this was a loner's heaven.
It could have been better, though. Kimoni could have been there. The lion briefly wondered where the leopard was, but the thought left him quickly as his stomach growled in complaint. It had been a while since his last hunt.
The lion lowered his head and began tracking for anything edible. He could smell that a small herd of deer had been by here recently. It wasn't long before he found the trampled, mowed-down grass where they'd been standing. Maybe he could take a calf if he could find them.
He let his eyes do the work for him, moving along the trail of trampled grass. Suddenly the trail disappeared. Perhaps one of the local coyotes had scattered the herd for a little while. The lion lowered his head again and sniffed.
Hey, he didn't know leopards lived here. He sniffed again. The leopard couldn't be trying to claim territory, it hadn't been around long. Could it be Kimoni? No, this one smelled female. Kimoni would have been pleased if he'd been around, but then again, the leopard was always talking about how much cats like him liked their space. Maybe he wouldn't have been. Anyway, Azibo was going to check it out. He began tracking the new scent. It smelled reasonably fresh.
OOC: I get the feeling Namii one-ups Azibo on stealth, so I won't let him find her yet. You can in your next post if you want to. Right now, Kimoni doesn't even know about the Eastern lands, he's busy in the Akando pride. Sorry. Neither he or Azibo has claimed the lands yet, but I thought I'd send Azibo to play with and let him be the explanation for Namii smelling cats in the area. I'll send Kimoni right over after I know how his situation in the Akando is going to affect him.
