With the Folami numbers increasing, Dio can only watch in dispair. His Peace Leaders are not working as quickly as he had hoped, with no fault of their own. Dio had simply overestimated the abilities of mortals, seeing as he hadn't been one in a while. He looks on with a deep disapointment in himself. So much time wasted in a plan that was only going to fail...
His ears pick up the sounds of the kinder group of humans, those not considered murder apes by him. A woman reads to her child, and tells of a great man that walked many years ago, one whom was the Son of their God. For many nights Dio listens to these kinder humans tell their children all the stories of this mans journies, and his mission. It gives Dio an idea.
With great responsibility, comes great sacrafice. Dio causes an unpleasntry upon a female of his kind, having a cold male rape her. That evening, he visits this pregnant female in a dream and explains the mission that the little girl in her womb must follow. The female understands and accepts, being careful to bring only health to her unborn daughter.
Months later, the female is born into a world where only one mortal loves her. She is raised knowing the cruelties of Earth, but remains a happy individual none the less. Dio is proud of his little Messiah female, and knows she will do well.
So now he has brought her to the lands of the murder ape victum's. He's explained to this young girl her great responsiblity, and proudly heard her acceptance to it. So now he hopes she will run across his Peace Leaders, and they can be her family of disciples, like the human's hero had had.
