[glow=red,2,300]Its the same old theme sence 1916 in your head their still fighting... [/glow]
She lifted her snout to the sky, the moon lay in asliver of light. Clouds were no existant now, the sky empty save for the claw of glowing light. Her gray snout shone with it. Luminouse yellow eyes glowed right beside it. She stood, black socked limbs holding her great body aloft. Carska's black masked face stared up at the sky, at the stars twinklin in the indigo expanse. Blood hung from her maw, adn the weak scratches along her flank. Why she always seemed to injure herself she was unsure. It had been an easy hunt after all, a weak servil with no chance of surviving her streaching maw. It had put up a suprising fight though, cusing all the way through. She had alost felt bad for killing such a spunky animal, but then had thought better of it and snapped the things neck.
Some Folami found it fun to play cat and mouse with their food, she was not one such animal. Just because she was a monster didn't mean she was a sick monster. The animal always died swiftly after she got a hold of them. as much as she looked up to man, she also looked down on him. Animals are pure, they kill and so they live. Man kills for his own pleasure- but then that made Folami more man then beast. It was a confusing logic, but then most of her ideas where confusing. The wind brought forth a familiar scent, adn her long narrow snout turned towards the black animal padding towards her. The male's strong long limbs carried him easily but slowly. He could sence the land begining to steepen and so carried himself carfuly.
Her brother had asked her on this hunt, he had seemed slightly worried at the time. An uncharacteristic glint of fear in his blind eyes. Now he stood beside her, his scared cheek turned toward her. He to had blood on his snout, just because the man was blind didn't mean he couldn't fight. Or hunt, whatever you wished to call it. Daiade had caught his prey faster then she herself had. His silver eyes travled across her as she thought, that anoying worry bouncing back once again. She was tempted to just chew on his silver tipped ears until he explained. Carska disliked nothing more then bieng out of the loop. Information, she wanted information.
Her gray ears swiviled towards her brother, whos blind eyes had flicked up to the night sky. What was he thinking behind all that pent up worry. His eyes had always been a gate way, adn she had always been able to see straight through them. "Daiade..." His silver tipped black ears flashed back against his skull for a moment before he turned to smile at her, his eyes looking and yet not looking at her. "Am I that obviouse, Cars?" The fae snorted. "Yes yes you are brother, and please dont call me that." the man smirked, having decided to contiue doing just that.
"You seem rather withdrawn, sister. Has somthing happened?" his crown tilted ere so slightly, silver eyes suddenly locking on her. Ngh... "No, brother. Nothing has happened" lies. Everything has happened. Daide growled soflty. "Dont make me chew your ears" he threatened playfuly. Carska curled her lip in mock anger. "I dare you!" The two stared at each other for one long moemnt before they both suddenly found themselves thrashing in the dirt. Nipping and slobbering as they tried to get the upper hand in this unexpected play fight.

The scent, it was foreign to me, which was odd. I spoke to any I met, sharing kindness throughout the lands. It was because of this that I knew many, if not all, species that littered these lands, both willing and unwilling. But this scent, it was new. Had the humans captured yet another breed of beast against their will? Ruin the lives of yet another group of animals?
As I drew closer, my striped pelt doing its hjob by melting to the point of invisibility on the littered shadows of the forest floor, my eyes caught sight of two beings of canine origin. My shoulders tensed for most incidents I had had with canines had not ended well...for them. They'd attack and I'd be forced to defend myself if an escape route was not available. Blood. So much blood.
But these dogs were different, but larger. They shared size with those of the lion breed, and their muscles were as bulky as my own. Lion size and tiger strength? What can these creature be? Even the ever so rare wolf have nothing on these dogs! My mouth slightly ajar, I stepped from where I hid. "Greetings, my friends. Sorry for interuppting your play, but you intrigue me. What, may I ask, are you?"
Oh, if only I knew. I had promised Lapara forever protection for her and her cubs, and now I have failed. Death was licking at my throat, and I was making no move to escape.

But you see its not me, not my family.
His teeth and just locked into her left ear in moch threat when the animal's scent shot up his nose. With a furiouse sneeze, the black pelted male lept back shoving the great bulk off of him. Carska let out a shocked yelp, but seeingthe look on her brothers face she forced herself into silence. Alpess and hunter, their two stood bodies stiff and alert. Than the stupidest cat ever created stepped out of the wood with a smile on his face. Friends he called them. Friends. Ha! Carska let out a low snarl, her lips pulling back over her fangs. And as much as he disliked these fights, as much as he wished he only needed to hunt when he was hungry, he knew that his insticnts battled with his will now. Withhis sister at his side he could do little but sucom. Lips pulling back slightly, the blind Lupe simply stared.
Silent apology gleeming in their silver depths Daiade let his blind eyes slip closed. It was easier to fight like that. Carska's head came up her fangs bared. "We my friend are your death." And she wasted no time. Her paws slammed into the dirt adn she flung herself forward. Fangs aimed for his neck, she lurched snarling all the way down. Daiade did not see what happened, he simply jumped after. He and his sister held the same seek and dystroy tactic, but neither held the need to savage and so they both simply lunged and snapped. Their fangs aimed for vitals and with that said the black male lept. Fangs glowing in the neer darkness. He aimed his own attack at the lion's chest.
If his sister managed to lock her fangs into the thing's throat he would knock it over and so make the final blow that much easier.
In your head, their not dying.

Swift as I was, I grew slow. Smart as I was, I grew dumb. Strong as I was, I grew weak.
The attack came quickly, but the shock came even quicker. Never had my warm, friendly intentions backfired so horribly. I'd fought many, unwillingly, but none with the direct intent as to end my existance. But these two canines had that motivation; they wanted nothing more than my blood in their gullet.
"Dio, have mercy." My silent prayer rose up, asking more for forgiveness than a chance at further life. I wanted to join Dio in the Heaven above. It was obvious my chance at survival here was small, therefore I would not waste my time with pointless calls of life. Instead, I wanted continued life after death.
The pain as the female locked onto my throat was immense and I instinctvly slithered my razors from their pouches. Though I was gentle and accepting my death, I wouldn't go without some sort of a fight. If I could somehow kill one of these dogs, though I did not pleasure in the thought, then that would be one less danger for others like me.
"Why?" That was all that escaped before I released a snarl of defiance. "Why do you do this? Why kill when not in danger? What's your motivation here? I don't understand how Dio could create creatures with such minds as yours!"
If only I knew they were not the creations of my beloved Dio.

Her attack hit, and her fangs locked. Carska snarled furisouly into the animal's throat. She was suprised, having expected a stronger fight. Her luminouse yellow orbs glared. there was no god for this bieng, there was nothing watching in the wings. But her jaws where clogged with flesh, fur, and blood. Her answer could not be used. daide lept back, having been scared out of is wits by the animals yowl of fury. His questions. The blind black male shrunkback, silver eyes huge. "Do you not understand, feline? Because nothing understands another truly does it?" Daiade had always been soft, and now his siter snarled at both the lion and the folami.
She was ignored, as Daiade opened his maw to answer the cat's questions. "There is no god here, nothing to save any of us." he spoke with soft conviction knowing it true. "No god created us, lion. Only man. Only mans blood red hand. We are death, and we can do nothing but assent to our paths." Daiade let his eyes slip closed again an unhappy growl curling from his teeth. He stepped threateningly towards it, and his sister seased her anger towards him. They where both prepared for this, for the seeping pain that echoed in their hearts. He lunged once again, rushing around the lion in one hurried circle before he lept to snap at its belly.
Carska shifted her jaws, fangs burrowing deeper. Blood seeped into her jaws and she drank it greedily. She could do nothign but growl warningly at her brother as he circled, but she allowed the snarl to curl back towards the lion she held so tightly. She would kill him, because it was her life. The only way she belonged. And so she decided to speak into the flesh bag she was ravaging. "Would you eat grass if it ment you would belong, if it ment?" she demanded coldly into his bloody neck, her lips wrapping round his thraot as she attempted to get a better hold. Daiade lept in closer fangs lashing again, trying to make him stumble.

So much pain, I found it hard to focus on my attackers words. Not created by Dio? They had no god to watch and protect them? Sympathy wept through the muscular male, for these canines seemed to know so little. It was sad that the humans had created them, but it meant so little.
Through the blood that gurgled up my throat I managed the weak formation of words. It was not their question I answered, but I rather tried to shine some light, despite the darkness they had forced around my vision. "Just because something is, doesn't mean it has to be." The darkness took over more of my sight and my knees gave way as one took swipes at my stomach. "You need not be created by beloved Dio, for Him to care for you. Even ones bred to kill can be saved. Make your own path, rather than following blindly on the paths of others."
Towards the end, my voice had become a mere whisper in the wind. I no longer showed any will to fight my attackers, hoping they would learn Dio's ways and surrender themselves to Him. I feared that if I killed one now, they'd be lost. But if left to live, perhaps they too could find the joy in the Great Baboon's ways. "Dio, have mercy on them." And with those final words, the great brute fell to his side, into the pool of his own blood.

She waited, listening ot his words in a state of deep contempt. There was no god, nothing to save you or heal you. Nothing but life,a dn then the soil you decompossed into. She did nothing but snarl into the brute's bloody neck. Waiting and grinding her fangs into him. Death would be his savior, and his only savior. nothing would await him on the other side. Just blackness and a numbness that nothing could shake loose. Daiade succeded in dropping the beast. His lashes to the odd lion's belly felling the animal. And with ehr fangs burrowing deeper the prey succomed.
It fell and she releaed, leaping away from its droping body. Landing neatly she smirked at the sight before her. The lion lay sprawled in a pool of his own blood. His mane stuck with it and she could do little but smile in pride. Daiade was the acception. He slunk around in circles, watching his sister and sniffing at the dead beast's body. What would happen? Was this right? But it had to be. Shaking the ocnfusion from himself, the male shuddered once and turned his snout up to Carska. "That was... easy." he murmured.
Then the hit came, a lashing blow bouncing straight across his muzzle. Yelping in shock the man lept back, ducking his head and rolling baring his sotmach to the furiouse female standing over him. "That is for hesitating you soft pile of feline doung. What did you think you where doing?" her blind brother shrunk deeper towards the dirt his silver eyes widening. "I- I was just doing as I was asked" he whimpered. Carska landed another blow on his chin this time- drawing blood. "Don't do it again" she snarled, tail sticking straight up.
"Y-yes, Alphess."
