Forest Clearing Malika_____________________________________________________________________ The sun has just risen above the trees, awakening the birds and casting its warm light across the forest below. A warm breeze blows through the dense forest, making leaves rustle and bushes quiver in its gentle breath. Creatures stir in the undergrowth from the smallest rodent to the biggest cat.
Suddenly, a single mouse runs into a clearing- a scar cut through the forest where the sun can always reach its fingers- It sniffs the air, small pink nose twitching and whiskers shuddering, before giving a alarmed squeak and making its way back into the sunbathed bushes, small claws skidding slightly. What alarmed the small creature has just become clear, as out of the fauna comes a beautiful, sleek, muscled shape.
Malika makes her way into the warm sunlight, she slowly pads across the grass, claws sheathed, muscles rippling with every movement. Once the feline is in the clearing, she raises her head, squinting against the light, before making her way into the shade of a larger tree on the edge of the clearing. Its roots made a leopard-sized cradle almost, for her to rest in. It was like it had been made for her.
She flops down onto her side in the cool of the shadows, with a slight grunt at the impact. What a wonderful morning... she thinks to herself, looking around the area with beautiful eyes of amber.
What surprised her was how she had come here first. Many a cat would enjoy this sort of place in the morning for a quick kip or a bit of time to bond with there friends or family. That's how it used to be, the good days. That was one thing still vivid in the leopards mind. Days when the cats where at peace, days without the Murder apes, days where they knew there boundaries. That was back in Africa when she was a cub but, all had changed in this part of America. You had to go with the flow, or die. The cats had become the Murder apes themselves, but Malika was confident that she would never become a viscous bloodthirsty killer, who destroys other beings for the joy of it.
Malika started downheartedly grooming her paw and washing her face. There wasn't much else to do, and cats have to keep there image up! Just keep a eye out Lika girl... she thought as she cast her paw across her left ear.Words: 407

Forest Clearing Malika_____________________________________________________________________ After awhile, the Leopard couldn't help but appreciate the beauty of this tiny pinhole in the universe. Just in the few minutes she had been laying here, she had been totally awestruck by the things that wandered to and fro here, every day, paw-step by paw-step. Small mice scurried along, harvesting food and quickly stuffing it into there mouths, the odd deer wandering into the clearing (but immediately fleeing after seeing the reclined figure of Malika) The flowers blooming around the trees roots where so colorful and bright, bees buzzing around them and settling inside to take the sweet nectar. Malika would have purred if she could have.
She was just nodding of, her eyelids slowly covering her amber eyes, when a flash of cream and brown sped before her eyes. Malika jumped to her paws in a instant, ears forward. Her body tensed, and her head was forward, scanning the clearing for signs of what had zipped past. Her heard pounded out of her chest, she could feel her ears ringing with the sound of it.
Malika nearly fell over with disbelief when a tiny Ocelot came up to her, exhausted, and said casually "Hello whats your name?" Malika's heart stopped beating so fast. She smiled suddenly, and then, her jaws parted in a wonderful, strange sound. The leopard laughed and laughed, eyes dancing.
"Oh you are a strange little creature are you not?" The Ocelots confidence erased any signs of Malika's own shyness. "My name, it be Malika. Where do you come from my friend?" Words:257 Please excuse the shortness of this post ^^;

Forest Clearing Malika_____________________________________________________________________ The Leopard watched the Ocelot's movements with curiosity. The smaller cat's sleek bodies never ceased to amaze the strong leopard which sat next to the smaller feline. This strange escapee was built to climb, built to survive, as had all the cats, but in a way which suited her to the bone, to the marrow even.
"I got taken away and freed myself" once again, the same casual yet shy tone haunted the cat's voice like fog. This little creature was by far the most amazing thing the Leopard had seen in the rays of the morning sun. The creature curled up near Malika, on the other side of the thick tree root that Malika rested against (but another of course twisted around her other side) Malika saw the emerald eyes close, and the Ocelot's breathing soften as she drifted of. The Leopard once again let a small laugh escape her. What a strange strange morning!
The leopard walked away from the twisting roots of the tree, her pads scraping against the rough bark, and then cutting through the grass. Malika collapsed in a heap on the grass, a fly buzzing out of the way just in time. A good sunbathe would be good, and the sun was moderate for this time of month. It would obviously heat up as the day progressed, so she had to take advantage. So, the leopard lay awake, waiting for the Ocelot to come out of her slumber.Words: 248 Could you please extend your posts? it helps me a lot ^^;

Forest Clearing Malika_____________________________________________________________________ Malika still laid on her back in the sun as the Ocelot padded past her in the wonderfully elegant way they do. Malika found herself staring. The leopard cast her eyes away, a embarrassed blush begging to form underneath her fur. She hoped she didn't look...
Malika curled up again, her tail flicked across her nose and she tapped it on the grass in a snake like fashion. Why was she putting up with this mysterious stranger? what if she was just toying with her? For all Malika new, this could be a Pride cat, filling her with lies and misunderstandings. Malika growled, flinching her head to the side.
She heard the Ocelot call from a nearby river (which Malika had not noticed before, that probably explained why life in this area was so abundant) for her to come in the water. Malika snarled. What was she thinking? Shes nothing but a lying b*tch... Malika thought. She may have had no proof, but she pushed the thought away. She had to follow another feline with more caution. This was getting to the point where it was too far fetched to belive.
"No. I don't trust you, my feline. Now, tell me something. Tell me everything, from the start your life. In detail. Everything, prove me wrong. Sorry for the drama, trust means a lot to me." Malika replied, a touch of malice to her tone. She growled out the words like a bone was wedged in her throat. Words: 251 Hhehehe, Malika had a pervy moment, she didn't mean it poor thing *pat pat*

Not to intrude, but Principessa your character has not yet been accepted. Based on the rules that you should have (and probably did) read you are not to begin role playing until this happens. Please take a pause and go to edit your bio as directed by Larpara. This is simply a warning, though It may grow more serious if you continue to break the rules.

Forest Clearing Malika_____________________________________________________________________ "Play?Play?" Malika snarled, stepping away from the cat's curious sniffs. "Excuse my rudeness, small one, but i just said i don't trust you! Answer my question before i get angry!" The leopardess unsheathed her claws, her fur on end in her anger.
This... ridiculous excuse for a wild creature... what right does she have to walk up to me in my rage and talk to me like i am nothing but a toy??? Malika dug her claws into the ground a dragged them through the dirt, deep scars appeared in the ground. She wanted to get something and tear it apart!
"Im so sorry, i really am..." The leopardess suddenly turned away, sheathing her claws once again, sitting with her head down away from the Ocelot's eyes. "Just answer me and get on with it"Words: 144 (so short :U the number is going down!) wow shes realllly angry :U
