Bhuvana caught the question whispered mildly in her ear. She was surprised by the warm sensation in her stomach when the male stood so close and spoke so gently. Not understanding the feeling, she shurgged it off. Instead she leaned close to him, keeping her orbs on the adults so they wouldn't sense the tiny conversation going on. It seemed Alec didn't want the world to know his question, and she'd respect that. "Her name is Alia. She is also a fighter for Dio, it seems." her voice was trickled with awe for the adult leopard. She was like the mother Bhuvana had never known.

"Oh, gotcha." Alec replied with a sheepish smile. He hesitated for a moment, but then went on, feeling kind of talkative. "I've been concentrating more on survival skills and all that instead of Dio. Thank you, Mum." The ocelot answered, casting his eyes towards the sky at the mention of his mother. His eyes were a little sad, but the moment was brief. He looked back at Bhuvana, "She believed in Dio, just never really explained him much to me." He explained.

Bhuvana watched the male cast a glance towards the sky at the mention of his mum. She found herself looking up to the clouds herself, wondering if her true mother was watching over her now, or if she was even dead. But mostly Bhuvana wondered if her mother knew of and believed in Dio...
As the tom explained himself, she turned her forest colored gaze back to him in respect. She felt her heart tug a little, maybe even a little envious of the cub. "Oh, I never knew my mum. Murder Apes took me before my eyes opened for the first time. I wonder if she would have raised me as a follower of Dio...." her voice trailed off for a moment as she once again looked to the sky. Dragging herself back to Alec, however, she continued. "I just collected bits and pieces of information as I journied. When I first heard of Dio's story, I became very interested and then dedicated my life to him."

Alec watched Bhuvana speak with admiration and a growing fondness for her. She seemed so strong, to be raised without a parent and having faith in someone unseen. Alec himself wasn't even sure if he would've had the strength, but then again he'd spent the last three months of his life on his own, and he still considered himself young.
When she was done speaking, Alec smiled at Bhuvana. I'm sorry about your mum. Hopefully she's still alive." The ocelot considering adding about his mum, but he thought it'd be sort of selfish, drawing the attention towards him. Plus, he wasn't sure he'd want to reveal his weakness just yet. He'd loved his mother very much, and her death had been devasting for him. Alec figured Bhuvana was smart enough to know that his mother was gone. He had spoken about her in the past tense and looked at the sky. "My mum spent more time teaching me how to be an ocelot, she was very, um, persistent about it. She only mentioned Dio once or twice. All I could guess was that he was a more important being or something."

Bhuvana couldn't help but release a semi-giggle. "My actions are probably more Lion then Ocelot. I spent almost a full month hidden within a pride territory, watching their bahviour to figure out survival." she paused but quickly continued. "You'll have to teach me some Ocelot skills sometime." her voice was gentle --fond perhaps?-- as her orbs met his. She didn't even consider the fact that perhaps Alec wouldn't be staying with her...

Alec laughed softly, so as not to interupt the adults. He was surprised she taught herself by watching lions, but decided he'd comment on that later. He was more interested in her last statement. "I'll keep that in mind." He answered, quietly hoping that he actually could. He rarely ran into other ocelots, and it felt good to be with another one. He looked back at the adults, "Do you think we should be listening instead of talking behind their backs?" He smiled impishly though, even though his question was serious.

Bhuvana smiled sweetly at his first statement then nodded in agreement to his second. "Until we find out whether Sheng will be staying or not, I am sure Alia and I will not be speaking much of Dio. The subject could make nonbelievers uncomfortable." Like I care whether they're uncomfortable! They should honor Dio, not diss him! She quickly pushed aside the thoughts and turned her attention back to the adults. Such cruel thoughts were not common in her mind and not widely accepted by her.

Alec nodded his agreement, looking towards the adults. He wanted to continue talking to Bhuvana, it was fun, but he knew he was being disrespectful.
((Sorry it's short, but I didn't want to post just one question in OOC, which here it is now: Should we wait for Drakel now? lol, we're getting ahead and he's gonna have a lot to read through.))
